* Multiple '%s' in one string need to be named for translations (otherwise the order might get confused)
* OpenLP 2.0 -> OpenLP 2
* Change buttons of "Do you really want to close" dialog: Instead of ("No", "Yes") use ("Cancel", "Close OpenLP")
