Use appdirs instead of pyxdg
appdirs is used for all systems except Windows.
It has Windows support, so it could be used there as well.

Use upstream pymediainfo
Current pymediainfo versions load a DLL/so. Use a very thin
wrapper to make sure that the executable is used if the DLL
is not available.
