Tim Bentley 4aee585351 Clean up bible Tab code to standards 
Sort out find_in_combo.
Fix bugs:
  - Save last used bible
  - Remove stray comma
  - Allow layout to be selected from Quick Tab. (Advanced has no real estate left so has been left in settings).
