Fix some upgrade issues 
- Fix an issue with loading screens from older versions of OpenLP (fixes #655)
- Fix an issue where presentations that no longer exist throw an error
- Fix a bug in the serialization of Path objects for Pyro4
- Add some tests for untested scenarios
- Fix some tests
