Tomas Groth 63bdf756ee Delete image thumbnails when the image is removed. Fixes bug 1446491. Make sure we always add a blank line between verses. Fixes bug 1439311. Normalize file path to OS standard after drag-and-drop. Fixes bug 1440571. Make the way we display verse ranges consistent and make use of localized or custom separators.
