Tim Bentley 7476b37ba4 Refactor the SettingsTab to be more KDE like. ... Sort out the Tabs parentage Clean up the code paths to stop the Tab being loaded twice at startup. Clean up the TAB Hide/Unhide code. Removed it and rebuild the UI if required.
