Add a configuration dialog, better output and PDF exporting 
- Add configure dialog
- Dynamically create rendering options
- Load and save settings
- Pass on options to the renderer
- Add editor settings to the configure dialog
- Add exporting to PDF and printing
- Add options for PDF export to the configure dialog
