7b47d52eca This fixes the following bugs and issues: 
- Bible items cannot be extended any more
- Dual and single Bible verses cannot be mixed (Media Manager/Service Manager)
- Bible item title in the service manager contains all bible passages (separated by a comma) bug #634533 and bug #609355
- Fixed bug #643783

788e8a2b55 Fixed a problem with the getListOfFiles function which was returning a list of repr'd QListWidgetItems instead of a list of strings. 
Made a SongFormat.ccli -> SongFormat.CCLI after renaming some fields caught this too.

73650e6536 Moved loop delay on to the general tab from the image tab, as it was being used in songs and custom slides as well. 
Deleted image tab, as the loop delay was the only setting on it!
